Brand Brain IRL – Terms & Conditions
Effective from the time of purchase.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing a ticket to Brand Brain IRL (the “Event”). By completing your booking, you (the “Attendee”) agree to be bound by the Terms outlined below, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Jessica Newman (“the Host”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Brand Brain IRL event ("Event"), hosted by [Your Legal Name or Business Name] ("Host," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering and purchasing a ticket to the Event, you (the "Attendee") agree to be legally bound by the Terms outlined below.
1. Event Overview
Brand Brain IRL is a one-day, in-person brand strategy and creative development event designed for small business owners. The event includes structured sessions, guided exercises, networking, and brand creation support.
2. Ticket Pricing & Payment
2.1 All ticket prices are listed in GBP. Early access and tiered pricing may apply:
Waitlist: £250
Main Email List: £275
General Sale/Public Price: £300
2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed upon. If using a payment plan, the full balance must be paid by 1st March 2026.
2.3 Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your ticket.
3. What’s Included
Your ticket includes:
Access to the full event day
Participation in all sessions
Printed materials, worksheets, or resources provided at the event
Lunch (refreshments not included)
Event-exclusive bonuses as communicated
Your ticket does NOT include:
Travel or accommodation
Meals not explicitly stated
Post-event services
4. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations
4.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
4.2 No-show attendees or cancellations made within 5 days of the event will not be eligible for credit, refund, or transfer.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
5.2 The Host reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event if their conduct is deemed unacceptable, without refund.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation
6.1 The Host reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, content, speakers, or venue if necessary.
6.2 In the unlikely event the Host must cancel the event due to illness, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be offered:
A place at the rescheduled event, OR
A credit for use on a future offering
A Full Refund
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
7.1 By attending the Event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
7.2 The Host is not liable for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to you or your property during the Event. You are responsible for your own safety and belongings.
7.3 The Host is not responsible for any damage to the venue or third-party property caused by the Attendee. The Attendee assumes full responsibility for their conduct.
7.4 The Host does not guarantee any business, financial, or reputational outcomes resulting from your participation in the Event.
8. Photography & Media Release
8.1 The Event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you grant the Host the right to use your likeness in promotional materials, unless you opt out in writing before the event.
9. Accessibility & Requirements
9.1 If you have accessibility, dietary, or other special requirements, please inform us upon booking or as soon as possible so we can accommodate where feasible.
10. Data & Privacy
10.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information for Event delivery and communications unless additional permissions are granted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
